Carol Boykin, CFA
Ms. Boykin is the Representative of the Secretary-General for the Investment of the Assets of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF). She oversees the UNJSPF’s $54 billion in assets, most of which are internally managed. The UNJSPF is a global pension plan, representing approximately 197,000 participants in 190 countries.
Prior to her appointment at the United Nations in 2014, Ms. Boykin held senior positions with Bolton Partners, the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System, Lucent Technologies, and the New York State Teachers' Retirement System. Ms. Boykin is a CFA charterholder, and she holds a Master of Science in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University.
